Job summary
Green Bay Packaging is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across our folding carton facilities. You will inspect critical systems, fabricate parts, fix safety hazards, and support general facilities maintenance while following GMP standards.
The role offers both 2nd and 3rd shift options after training, with a focus on reliability, hands-on problem solving, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- 3+ years in industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Willingness to train on 2nd/3rd shift
Responsibilities
- Maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Inspect facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, humidification)
- Fabricate parts for repairs and upgrades
- Address safety hazards to prevent injuries
- Maintain tool accountability and GMP compliance
- Assist with facilities and grounds maintenance
