Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a maintenance technician for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00pm–7:00am) in York, PA. You will perform interior/exterior maintenance, light construction, safety equipment installs, and routine repairs while ensuring a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality in daily duties.
• Change light bulbs and fixtures; install/repair building components.
• Perform painting, minor construction, and door hardware tasks.
• Install and inspect safety equipment and supplies.
• Communicate issues to maintenance manager and leads; report progress.
• Complete scheduled work orders and support maintenance projects.
