Job summary

Menasha Corporation, a leader in corrugated packaging and plastic solutions, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for the second shift to diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment while following GMP standards. You will perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires mechanical and electrical skills, blueprint reading, and a willingness to work overtime, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:30am and overtime

Qualifications

Experience with automation industrial equipment and conveyors.
Basic electrical knowledge (120VAC).
Experience with packaging equipment like Texwrap/Videojet is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure reliable operation.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to restore productivity.
Maintain equipment uptime while adhering to GMP and safety policies.
Assist in setup and tear down of production lines and optimize changeovers.
Read and interpret blueprints/electrical schematics and standard manuals.
Maintain inventories of parts and supplies and document maintenance actions.
