Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5–10 years of progressive maintenance/quality role in manufacturing/healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance programs.
• Experience leading maintenance personnel or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues.
• Provide technical leadership during equipment failures and emergencies.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Supervise and mentor technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure work orders and projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
