You will train staff, manage safety protocols, and oversee daily work orders to ensure uninterrupted operations. The position emphasizes safety, compliance with PPE policies, and opportunities for advancement within Novo Health Services, a leading provider

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions and meet minimum work standards with or without accommodations.
• Ability to analyze blueprints, drawings, and schematics of automated industrial equipment.
• Strong preventative maintenance program implementation and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Regular attendance and performing essential functions.
• Troubleshoot automated industrial equipment.
• Install and maintain equipment and utility lines (steam, water, air, gas).
• Direct maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders.
• Learn responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor for future promotion.
