Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems in a fast-paced linen processing environment. You will report to the Chief Engineer and drive uptime, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in maintenance leadership within manufacturing or healthcare settings, strong problem-solving skills, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
5–10 years of maintenance, engineering, reliability leadership in manufacturing/healthcare.
Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Experience using CMMS to manage maintenance data.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of all production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
Develop and coach maintenance technicians; manage safety and training.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve plant performance.
