Qualifications
- Demonstrated electrical and mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating shifts.
- Technical certifications in Maintenance Management and Reliability preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians.
- Ensure planned and preventive maintenance schedules using SAP and Viziya.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement proactive solutions.
- Develop relationships with internal customers and prioritize work.
- Identify skill gaps and mentor team members to higher performance.
