Job summary

Koch Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Greeneville, TN. You will supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals, assign work orders, ensure repairs are completed safely and efficiently, and drive team performance in a fast-paced poultry facility.

You will mentor technicians, conduct safety checks, manage required paperwork, and support training and professional development to optimize team growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; poultry preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals and assign work orders.
• Ensure completion of repairs and perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
• Recognize and reward Technicians while counseling performance issues and provide mentorship.
• Manage required paperwork and safety checks; support training and professional development.
