Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, poultry facility preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals.
• Assign work orders and ensure completion of repairs.
• Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
• Recognize and reward Technicians, while counseling performance issues.
• Perform safety checks and provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional development.
