Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in poultry manufacturing preferred; strong leadership and positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals and assign work orders.
• Ensure completion of repairs and perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
• Recognize and reward technicians; counsel performance issues and provide mentorship.
• Conduct safety checks and oversee required paperwork.
• Support professional development and growth of team members.
