Job summary

Koch Foods, Inc. is seeking a maintenance supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Rogersville, TN facility to oversee immediate and short-term maintenance goals, assign work orders, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

The role includes conducting lock out/tag out certifications, recognizing and rewarding technicians, and providing mentorship, training, and professional development to optimize team performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably poultry.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals and assign work orders.
• Ensure repairs are completed and perform lock out/tag out certifications.
