Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety, GMPs, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift maintenance leadership across deodorant and soap manufacturing equipment.
• Supervise technicians, mechanics, and contractors; set safety, urgency, and documentation expectations.
• Ensure all 2nd shift maintenance work is captured and closed in UpKeep CMMS; review work orders for accuracy.
