Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership or shift supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with a CMMS; UpKeep experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift maintenance across production operations and equipment.
• Coach technicians and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, EH&S.
• Ensure safety compliance and GMP standards are followed on shift.
• Capture and close work orders in UpKeep CMMS; verify PMs and spare parts usage.
• Drive proactive maintenance and shift readiness to reduce downtime.
