• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, fostering a well-trained team.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures.
• Manage preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Assess issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure maintenance staff adhere to SQF Quality Management, GMP, and related policies.
