Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observes OSHA and facility safety rules including use of PPE.
• Follows GMP and maintains an orderly, clean work area.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses mechanical and electrical failures.
• Ensures preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime.
• Performs welding, cutting and soldering with electric and gas equipment.
• Reads and interprets manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Duties may include pipe fitting, boiler making, insulation, welding, machining, carpentry, installing and balancing equipment, and repairing buildings or floors.
• Regularly stands, reaches, bends, and moves about the facility.
• Vision and hearing requirements align with safety standards.
