Shape Technologies Group is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Baxter Springs, KS. You will oversee daily operations, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement with a cross-functional team. Report to the Director of Manufacturing and collaborate across engineering, quality, and production teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and QMS guidelines to deliver high-quality products on time.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree or technical diploma or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years machining and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shop personnel, ensure safe, productive environment.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduler to execute schedules.
• Maintain equipment and oversee maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on tooling and process changes.
• Review daily work orders, efficiency, and hours reports.
• Uphold safety protocols and QMS compliance.
