Job summary

Pratt Whitney in Asheville, NC is hiring for a second-shift Production Operator. The role oversees a range of production equipment on the line, producing blades and vanes and performing quality checks to ensure conformance with blueprints.

You will read process sheets, document results, and adjust setups as required, while maintaining 5S and TPM routines. The position requires reading and interpreting instructions, following standard work, and participating in daily maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizenship or equivalent work authorization required.
• Experience in manufacturing or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production machines on the line.
• Produce blades and/or vanes and perform quality checks.
• Read process sheets, document data, and adjust setup as needed.
• Maintain 5S standards and perform TPM activities.
• Keep work area clean and ensure safe, accurate production.
