Job summary

Swagelok is hiring a Level II Machine Operator for its Northeast Ohio manufacturing site. You will be part of a team producing fluid-system components in a clean, temperature-controlled environment, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will operate and monitor machines, follow standard work and quality plans, and use precision gauges to inspect parts. This role offers overtime potential, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and a total rewards package starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow production system and participate in shift start-up meetings.
• Operate and monitor equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document production activities.
