Job summary

Swagelok is hiring a Level II Machine Operator at its Northeast Ohio manufacturing site. You will produce fluid-system components in a clean, temperature-controlled environment and follow standard work and quality plans.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with on-the-job training provided. The position offers a 24/7 night shift (6pm–6am) and a pay range of $18.40–$25.80 per hour, plus overtime and a 30% shift differential off-shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow production system and daily shift start-up with team.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions.
• Follow quality plans and inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Identify issues and escalate to resume production.
• Complete preventative maintenance and care on machines.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following safety procedures.
