Job summary

Textron is seeking a Supervisor Logistics for the 2nd Shift at the Fort Worth Logistics Center. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staffing, and drive KPI-based performance to meet speed and quality goals.

Typical responsibilities include training staff, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with other departments. A background in SAP, Lean Six Sigma, and strong leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with senior management and a unionized workforce.
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience in lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day workflow and staffing for a warehouse department.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, schedules and cost controls to meet productivity goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve speed and quality in operations.
• Ensure safety, health and housekeeping standards are followed.
