Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee Receiving, Stockroom, Inventory and Shipping to ensure seamless production support. The role focuses on maintaining material flow, safety and efficiency across logistics areas.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field or 4+ years of logistics experience, with hands-on SAP knowledge and experience with UPS/FedEx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Logistics or related field, or 4+ years logistics experience.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx and other transportation carriers.
• Familiarity with SAP, JIT, Receiving, Stockroom, Transportation and Inventory Control.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, plan tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Receiving, Stockroom, Inventory, Line feeding and Shipping to support production.
• Maintain workflow from receiving to production lines and ensure on‑time material availability.
• Ensure procedures for shipments receipt/dispatch are followed and materials disposition.
• Coordinate with management for facility repairs and equipment replacement.
• Lead logistics improvements and track KPIs; support cross‑functional teams.
