BlueLinx is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations on the 2nd shift. You will manage receiving, storage, and shipping, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety standards under OSHA and DOT guidelines.

You will coach a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and oversee equipment upkeep. The role requires 4+ years logistics experience with supervisory preference and proficiency in MS Office and logistics tools.

Formación

• 4+ years of logistics experience in warehousing.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/DOT).
• Proficiency with office software and logistics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control
• Coach a team to meet productivity and safety goals
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
