Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Supervisor Logistics (2nd Shift) to lead warehouse operations at the FWLC. You will supervise day-to-day workflow, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and lean practices.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will set KPIs, schedule staffing, train employees, manage inventory, and prepare reports to support faster, higher-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• 2+ years supervising experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across functional areas and communicate with senior management and a unionized workforce.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day workflow and department performance.
• Set KPI targets, schedules, staffing, and compliance.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve speed and quality.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain inventory.
• Prepare required reports.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Control department expenses and productivity.
• Provide guidance and training to staff.
