Job summary

Walmart in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to implement the business plan for the area, manage staffing, scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to reach facility goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will supervise associates and leaders, monitor performance, provide coaching, ensure policy compliance, and maintain inventory integrity while collaborating with ISD and vendors on systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• 2 years Walmart logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Attending and completing required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility objectives.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure QA guidelines, procedures, and inventory controls are followed and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with ISD and vendors to maintain and improve systems and reporting.
