Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum two years related experience.
• ERP SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial teams to elevate shipment needs and order inquiries.
• Field and respond to shipment-related inquiries via email promptly.
• Locate and confirm inventory availability in SAP to support open orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse to prioritize, pick, pack, and ship orders, including expedited shipments.
• Provide daily updates to commercial teams on orders shipped and planned to ship.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and shipping docs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with other departments.
• Clean up Receiving area reports.
