Qualifications

• Prior experience working with an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Experience with HTS codes and Incoterms.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or minimum two years related experience; or combination of education and related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial teams (Sales, Customer Experience) to elevate customer shipment needs and order inquiries.
• Field and respond to shipment-related inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Locate and confirm inventory availability in SAP to support open customer orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize, pick, pack, and ship orders, including expedited/air-freight orders.
• Provide daily updates to commercial teams on orders shipped and orders planned to ship, including any delays or exceptions.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and shipping documentation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work to resolve them with other departments
• Clean up Receiving area reports
