Job summary

Weiman Products Llc is seeking a 2nd Shift Line Lead in Manchester, TN to drive daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role leads line start-ups, changeovers, and material checks while ensuring accurate documentation and coverage during breaks.

You will guide operators, perform routine quality testing, and maintain a clean, 5S-compliant manufacturing environment. The position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee start-ups, shutdowns, line changeovers, and material verification.
• Provide coaching to operators and back-up coverage during breaks as needed.
• Record daily production performance and issues, ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Maintain 5S-enhanced clean and organized manufacturing areas.
• Enter data into Syspro and support adherence to SOPs and work orders.
