Job summary

PurposeBuilt Brands in Manchester, TN is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Team Lead to oversee and optimize the operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of facility equipment and systems. You will lead a maintenance team responsible for filling and packaging equipment, pumps, mixers, forklifts, and building infrastructure.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and coordinate PM tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with vendors and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team in execution of general maintenance tasks, preventive and reactive.
• Schedule and oversee PM tasks per maintenance calendar.
• Update PM checklists to align with GMP and production needs.
• Maintain and update parts and consumables library.
• Support CI projects to improve OEE with equipment and processes.
• Oversee operation of heavy equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts).
• Ensure safe and efficient maintenance activities.
