Job summary

Morgan Olson LLC in Loudon, TN is seeking a Divisional Leadsperson Fab Shop for 1st and 3rd shifts. You will oversee line production, coordinate operators, maintain a safe, clean work environment, and mentor department staff to meet specifications.

The role emphasizes 5S, SOP training, accurate production reporting, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, with opportunities to contribute to PPS team efforts and uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience directing line production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to train staff on SOPs and safety policies.
• Strong emphasis on 5S and housekeeping discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily/week production work across multiple operators.
• Instruct and train team members in SOPs and safety procedures.
• Monitor machinery operation and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Ensure 5S compliance and an orderly, labeled work area.
• Document reports and prepare production paperwork including accidents.
• Complete production reports and provide feedback on performance.
• Support PPS and continuous improvement activities.
• Uphold quality policy and safety standards at all times.
