PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support onsite operations in Manchester, TN. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and repairs of filling and packaging lines, pumps, mixers, and related equipment, with a sign-on bonus of $2,000 based on milestones and performance.

You will contribute to PM schedule development, maintain PM checklists, and manage parts inventory while working with the Maintenance Manager and Coordinator to ensure GMP-compliant records.

Qualifikationen

• Flexible and adaptable with regards to performing a wide range of maintenance duties and functions.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic system repairs and maintenance.
• General math skills and ability to read manuals and schematics.

Aufgaben

• Perform general maintenance projects, preventive and emergency, on filling equipment, pumps, mixers, compressors, labelers and sleeving equipment.
• Assist in developing PM schedule and administer that schedule.
• Update PM checklists and maintain records per GMP requirements.
• Develop a library of parts and operating manuals for equipment and plant.
• Maintain maintenance tools and parts inventory.
• Recommend and cost equipment and parts to complete PM projects.
• Operate heavy equipment including fork trucks.
• Operate power tools including drills, saws and grinders.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities.
