Job summary

Quva is hiring a Production Technician I - Label Printing in Sugar Land, TX. The role supports label printing for CSPs and non-sterile solutions, following cGMPs and SOPs.

The position offers a stable 1st shift, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM and is on-site at Sugar Land. Responsibilities include operating printing equipment, transporting label stock, performing room and equipment cleaning, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for shifts with/without accommodation.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.
• At least 1 year of production technician experience or relevant work.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets).
• Label printing training per curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Operates label printing/verification equipment to print product labels.
• Safely transports label rolls between storage and printing areas.
• Performs batch-specific room and equipment cleaning and completes PM forms.
• Documents tasks with written records in a timely manner.
• Maintains smooth production flow and monitors equipment.
• Escalates any equipment or process deviation promptly.
• Approaches colleagues in a tactful manner and stays composed under pressure.
• Follows clear directions to ensure safety and accuracy.
