Job summary

Inland Packaging is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Team Member in La Crosse, WI. The role involves operating equipment to prepare printed labels, inspecting and packing products to customer specs, and supporting production line performance to ensure safety and efficiency.

Starting wage is $18.00/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential. Shift is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with comprehensive on‑the‑job training and potential for growth within a family‑owned manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers.
• Inspect and package printed product based on customer specifications.
• Assist Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment.
• Problem solving issues that arise.
• Effectively work as a team member to meet production and company goals.
