Job summary

4over is seeking an Offset Pressroom Lead in Huber Heights, OH. The role focuses on driving performance, reliability, and print quality for Komori offset presses, leading production scheduling, and enforcing PM programs.

You will mentor the press crew and standardize best practices across shifts to ensure safety and efficiency. The position operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with compensation aligned to experience.

Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years offset press experience (Komori a plus).
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of active leadership in print production.
• Strong knowledge of press systems and color control.
• Experience with PM programs and performance tracking.
• Experience with press reporting and color management tools.
• Strong knowledge of G7 and Delta-E color compliance.
• Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule daily offset press operations to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with management and finishing teams to optimize workflow.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs for Komori systems.
• Monitor KPIs (speed, waste, make-ready, color accuracy) for efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardize best practices across shifts.
• Train and mentor press operators; develop SOPs and work instructions.
• Provide color management expertise and troubleshooting support.
