Job summary

4over is seeking a skilled Press Operator for the 1st shift at our Phoenix plant. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot a Komori sheet-fed press to deliver high-quality print products on a tight schedule. You will supervise an assistant operator and ensure safe, efficient production with ongoing quality control.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sheet-fed press operations, strong mechanical skills, and a focus on accuracy, speed, and teamwork in a climate-controlled plant environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience as a Komori Sheet Fed Press Operator.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience performing Sheet Fed Press maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and operate the sheet fed press to produce high quality print products.
• Lead and direct assistant operator, including on the job training and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Monitor press cycle and performance, ensuring optimum press performance and quality checks.
