Job summary

SpaceX in Pennsylvania seeks a Supervisor, IT Network Infrastructure on 2nd shift to lead technicians installing and maintaining mission-critical communications for production, launch, and ground systems across Falcon, Dragon, Starship programs.

You will schedule work, provide progress updates to stakeholders, ensure OSHA compliance, review timesheets, and mentor team members while coordinating with engineers and external partners to maintain high-availability networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications systems experience.
• 2+ years prior leadership experience (leading teams, projects or people)

Responsibilities

• Supervise technician teams to install and maintain mission critical communication systems.
• Prioritize and schedule work to meet required timelines.
• Provide feedback and progress updates to project stakeholders.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs as necessary.
