Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supervisor, IT Network Infrastructure for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You will lead technician teams responsible for installing and maintaining mission-critical communications systems, including fiber and copper data networks, video, and ground systems supporting launches and ground operations.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, coordinating with project teams, providing progress updates, and ensuring QA, safety, and documentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications systems experience.
• 2+ years prior leadership experience (leading teams, projects or people).
• Strong knowledge of low voltage cabling and fiber installations.
• Familiarity with industry standards (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise technician teams to install and maintain mission critical communication systems.
• Prioritize and schedule work to meet required timelines.
• Provide feedback and progress updates to project stakeholders.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs as necessary.
• Coordinate with other contractors and project teams as needed.
