Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supervisor, IT Network Infrastructure for 2nd shift to lead technicians installing and maintaining mission-critical telecom systems. The role supports production, launch, and ground operations across Falcon, Dragon, Starship, and related missions.

The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate with engineers and contractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to system designs and documentation. Travel to SpaceX sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of telecommunications systems experience.
• 2+ years prior leadership experience (leading teams, projects or people).

Responsibilities

• Supervise technician teams to install and maintain mission critical communication systems.
• Prioritize and schedule work to meet required timelines.
• Provide feedback and progress updates to project stakeholders.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs as necessary.
• Coordinate with other contractors and project teams as needed.
• Interface with external carriers at cross-connect facilities and transition points.
• Provide QA and auditing before and after work.
• Maintain the integrity of documentation of all installations including assets, locations, connectivity, and patch records databases.
