Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on planning and executing weekly inventory counts, audits, and quality checks across multiple accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, direct audit teams, and maintain detailed reports in Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory/count schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate resources.
• Directs personnel during audits and maintains daily analysis and statistics of results in Excel.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing and shipping activities and records.
