Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; up to 12 months of work experience preferred.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification preferred.
• Pallet Jack Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies the accuracy of Customer Orders by inspecting built pallets and reviewing Pick Tickets; communicates corrections to team members.
• Inspects returning Route Delivery Trucks for condition and performs Blind Counts to ensure counts match reported quantities.
• Documents discrepancies and adjustments on the appropriate reports and provides information to the necessary personnel.
• Accounts for all returned Product and Deposit Items on the Route Delivery Trucks and classifies items (Out-of-Date, Damaged, Good, Pallets).
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the warehouse; assists with pallet building as needed.
