You will troubleshoot high-speed packaging lines, service conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, with welding tasks to modify machinery frames. Requires 1+ year in maintenance and US work authorization, plus a 45-minute commuting radius.

Qualifications

1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance in a fast-paced production setting.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and high-speed packaging lines.
Basic structural welding, torch cutting, and metal fitting for repair work.
Comfort in a food-safe processing environment with GMP compliance.
Stable employment history with good attendance and teamwork.
US Citizenship or Green Card holder; 45-minute commute radius of Greater Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

Maintain high-speed processing lines; perform troubleshooting and rapid fault tracing.
Service conveyors and drive assemblies; troubleshoot, rebuild, and optimize belts and gearboxes.
Diagnose fluid power systems; service pneumatic and hydraulic components safely.
Execute structural modifications using MIG/TIG welding; fabricate brackets and guards.
Ensure sanitation, safety, and GMP compliance in all work areas.
