Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for the Back Half 2nd Shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00pm–11:30pm) to maintain and repair equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operation and adherence to safety policies.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, manage spare parts, and document work in CMMS. Requires 3 years of multi-craft experience and PLC/CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a multi-craft technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems including lighting, drives and conveyors.
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
• Experience with CMMS and basic office software (Word/Excel).
• Degree or equivalent in related field is a plus; robotics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing and packing equipment and panels.
• Conduct preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
• Document all preventive maintenance, repairs, parts usage and projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability.
• Start equipment properly at shift start and verify operation.
• Inspect and repair machines, electronics, conveyors and facilities.
• Diagnose problems by listening and observing equipment in operation.
• Troubleshoot conveyor systems both mechanically and electrically.
