Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Marion, Ohio is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment. You will work with PLC-controlled systems, perform preventive maintenance, and partner with production to improve reliability and plant uptime.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, drives, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent multi-skilled technician.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot PC/PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, drives, and other industrial control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on critical production equipment and contribute to maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Work with production, engineering, and leadership to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
