Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday) in Sidney, OH. This full-time role focuses on executing maintenance, PMs, repairs, and facility projects to keep manufacturing equipment running efficiently.

The position requires at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly; 51–100 lbs with assistance.
• Strong oral and written communication; teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle multiple demands.
• Must pass safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance and projects; perform PMs and repairs.
• Install and maintain pipe systems; repair plumbing.
• Work on industrial plumbing, heating/cooling piping, steam systems; troubleshoot electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Plan, maintain tooling, fabricate replacement parts.
• Complete paperwork and record data; maintain logs.
• Support production, warehouse, paint line; provide technical assistance.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping; pass on shift information.
