Job summary

KIK Consumer Products is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (1:00 PM–9:30 PM, Monday–Friday; weekend work as needed). The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining tablet production lines in a chemical manufacturing setting, with emphasis on equipment reliability and GMP compliance.

The position involves both mechanical and electrical work, with opportunities to learn the opposite discipline on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical training or certifications preferred.
• 2+ years in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Support equipment reliability programs and maintenance planning.
• Apply predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration, thermography).
• Read mechanical/electrical drawings and process documentation.
