Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical maintenance in a beverage/high-speed setting.
• Strong reading of technical docs and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to equipment failures and emergencies to support 24/7 operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and analyze performance for improvements.
• Support reliability programs, including OEE tracking and analysis.
• Apply predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis and thermography.
• Work on 480V systems, motors, sensors, and PLCs with safety in mind.
• Collaborate with vendors on FAT/SAT and installations.
