Job summary

Tulkoff Food Products OHIO LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays). The role focuses on maintaining production lines, performing changeovers, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of food processing equipment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs. GMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with food processing equipment preferred.
• GMP experience preferred.
• Allen Bradley experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs production line changeovers according to specs.
• Improves changeover effectiveness with documentation and procedures.
• Follows guidelines for repairs and completes repair paperwork.
• Performs quality maintenance per procedures and SOPs.
• Troubleshoots VFDs, motors, and motor control circuits.
• Troubleshoots sensors, PLCs, and control systems.
• Diagnoses and repairs gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
• Participates in new equipment installation, validation and startup.
