Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and support production equipment. This full-time, 2nd shift role focuses on uptime, efficiency, and timely machine changeovers to meet production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of maintenance experience with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, strong troubleshooting, and clear communication skills. This position is based in Kentwood, MI and reports to the Reliability Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Lead mechanical changeovers on production equipment and ensure readiness for startup.
• Repair or replace defective parts and coordinate with procurement for parts.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and participate in safety trainings.
• Provide technical support to production teams and assist with priority setting.
