Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a food-processing facility. Typical shift is 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. with training on first shift and potential for second/third shift as needed.

Qualifications

Two to three years of related industrial maintenance experience or training.
Proven troubleshooting experience with electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read blueprints and equipment schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment overhauls.
Diagnose issues involving electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
Monitor equipment operation and follow safety procedures.
Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately.
Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Identify and report unsafe conditions and take action.
