Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One-year related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain machines: clean with discipline and avoid excess water.
• Operate to standard operating procedures.
• Have basic ice cream knowledge and understand the 'WHY' not just the HOW.
• Use limited water in cleaning; practice 'clean as you go'.
• Correct use, storage and setup of all equipment.
• Handover effectively with Maintenance and next shift; report faults.
• Drive production to meet customer specs, quality and food safety.
• Ensure production meets targets through effective process control.
• Communicate clearly with the team; uphold health and safety.
• Promote a safety culture and Froneri values.
