Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One-year related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate production line following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness without damaging equipment and manage water usage.
• Understand basic ice cream processes and why practices are applied.
• Ensure proper equipment setup and storage and report faults to maintenance.
• Drive the production process to meet quality, safety and customer specifications.
• Coordinate shifts and communicate effectively with the team to maintain safety.
